REFM8 is job management software for refrigeration and air conditioning businesses. It brings customers, surveys, quotes, jobs, visit scheduling, certificates, F-gas records, stock and tools into one company workspace.

REFM8 is designed for independent refrigeration and air conditioning engineers, office teams and growing contractors. Basic covers one person, Pro includes up to five company members, and Enterprise starts with six paid places.

Yes. Open the sample workspace to explore populated jobs, a weekly schedule, customers, surveys and example certificates. The demo uses fictional information. Its sample edits stay in page memory and do not create records in a company account.

Basic is £19 per month for one person. Pro is £59 per month for up to five people. Enterprise starts at £67 per month for six paid places, with each additional person costing £8 per month. Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT. Subscriptions are billed monthly.

Count the company owner, office staff and engineers. Each internal company member has their own login and permissions. Pending invitations reserve a place. Customer contacts do not count as paid company members.

The REFM8 web application is designed for desktop, tablet and mobile use. Engineers can open their work and job information on site. Prepare the relevant offline pack before losing connectivity; offline availability depends on what has been saved to that device.

REFM8 includes company-managed customer portal workflows for invitations, shared documents and supported signing journeys. Your company controls customer access and what it shares. The sample workspace does not send invitations or capture real signatures.

REFM8 helps you record equipment details, refrigerant information, observations and supporting paperwork. Your company remains responsible for engineering decisions, qualifications, regulatory requirements and the accuracy of its records. Completing a form does not independently certify compliance.

Choose a package and enter your account and company details in the REFM8 application. Review your monthly subscription and VAT in secure Stripe checkout before paying. Payment confirmation and server-side access checks determine when the company workspace opens.

You can manage payment details, download subscription invoices and cancel renewal through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Changes between active subscription plans are not currently enabled.

No. After your first visit, opening the main domain in the same browser takes you to REFM8 login. You can always come back to the website using refm8.co.uk/website/. This preference uses a browser cookie and does not track your IP address.
